State Rep. Kevin Miller | The Ohio House of Representatives
State Representative Kevin Miller (R-Newark) has expressed his support for the Ohio House's decision to override Governor DeWine's veto of House Bill 68, the SAFE Act and Save Women's Sports Act. In a statement released today, Miller emphasized the importance of protecting children and women's sports.
Miller stated, "My colleagues and I exercised our rights as a legislative body to override Governor DeWine's veto on the SAFE Act and Save Women's Sports Act. Legislation that protects our children and women's sports should not be overlooked or taken lightly. I encourage the Senate to override the veto as well."
The Ohio House's veto override now awaits consideration by the Ohio Senate.
