Mount Vernon High School standout Kelly Sullins’ college team won in NCAA Division II softball game on Wednesday, April 9

On Wednesday, April 9, former Mount Vernon High School standout Kelly Sullins’ current college team, the Charleston Golden Eagles, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the West Virginia State Yellow Jackets.

The game took place at UC Softball Field. This was their third matchup against the Yellow Jackets this season.

The Golden Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 6 p.m. at UC Softball Field against West Virginia State Yellow Jackets.
