Apple Valley home prices rose in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Apple Valley rose by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 26.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 34.3 percent increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Apple Valley in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,365, approximately one percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
