Johnstown issued the following announcement on June 15.
The Johnstown City Council Chambers will be open today, June 15, as a cooling center. If you do not have air conditioning or your power goes out and you need a space to cool down, you are welcome at 599 South Main Street from 9am-4:30pm. Bottled water and a drinking fountain are also available.
