Median home prices in Danville rose to $110,750 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Danville rose by $40,698 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,750 - a 58.1% increase over the $70,053 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Danville in the fourth quarter of 2020, as well.
