Median home prices in Danville rose to $110,750 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Danville rose by $35,750 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,750 - a 47.7% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Danville in the second half of 2020.
