Fredericktown median home prices rose by 39.6% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Fredericktown rose by $40,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,000 - a 39.6% increase over the $101,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Fredericktown in the third quarter of 2020.
