Fredericktown median home prices fell by 32.7% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Fredericktown fell by $48,500 while total sales increased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 32.7% decrease over the $148,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Fredericktown in the second quarter of 2020.
