Mount Vernon median home prices fell by 25.2% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Mount Vernon fell by $33,000 while total sales decreased by 52.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,000 - a 25.2% decrease over the $131,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Mount Vernon in February 2020.
