Apple Valley home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Apple Valley rose by $12,550 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,500 - a 8.4% increase over the $148,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Apple Valley in April 2016.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for 2017 was $2,155. In 2016, the median sales tax was $2,003. This marks an increase of 7.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
