Fredericktown home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Fredericktown rose by $22,350 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,250 - a 24.9% increase over the $89,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Fredericktown in November 2016.
