Apple Valley home prices unchanged in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Apple Valley was unchanged while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,500. There were 11 homes sold in Apple Valley in January 2017, and the median sales price for the period was also $132,500.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for 2018 was $2,210. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,155. This marks an increase of 2.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.7%.
