Apple Valley home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Apple Valley fell by $123,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 10 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 47.7% decrease over the $258,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Apple Valley in February 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for 2018 was $2,210. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,155. This marks an increase of 2.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.6%.
