Fredericktown home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Fredericktown fell by $13,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,000 - a 13% decrease over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Fredericktown in June 2017.
