Apple Valley home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Apple Valley fell by $7,700 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,000 - a 5.2% decrease over the $148,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Apple Valley in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for 2018 was $2,210. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,155. This marks an increase of 2.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.6%.
