Apple Valley home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Apple Valley rose by $52,000 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,500 - a 39.2% increase over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Apple Valley in January 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for 2019 was $2,365. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,210. This marks an increase of 7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.3%.
