Mount Vernon home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Mount Vernon fell by $22,500 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 24.3% decrease over the $92,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Mount Vernon in January 2018.
