Apple Valley home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Apple Valley rose by $24,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 21 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,000 - a 14.1% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Apple Valley in August 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for 2019 was $2,365. In 2018, the median sales tax was $2,210. This marks an increase of 7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.2%.
