Mount Vernon home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Mount Vernon rose by $4,900 while total sales decreased by 27.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,900 - a 4.2% increase over the $117,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Mount Vernon in October 2018.
