Mount Vernon home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Mount Vernon rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Mount Vernon in December 2018.
