Apple Valley home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Apple Valley fell by $29,500 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 16% decrease over the $184,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Apple Valley in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,365, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
