Fredericktown home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Fredericktown rose by $600 while total sales increased by 5.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,500 - a 0.7% increase over the $89,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Fredericktown in 2016.
