Fredericktown home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Fredericktown rose by $16,915 while total sales increased by 7.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,415 - a 18.7% increase over the $90,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Fredericktown in 2017.
