Apple Valley home prices unchanged in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Apple Valley was unchanged while total sales increased by 21.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,900. There were 55 homes sold in Apple Valley in the second quarter of 2017, and the median sales price for the period was also $159,900.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for 2018 was $2,210. In 2017, the median sales tax was $2,155. This marks an increase of 2.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.4%.
