Apple Valley home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Apple Valley rose by $52,000 while total sales decreased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,000 - a 37.1% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Apple Valley in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,365, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
