Mount Vernon median home prices fell by 0.8% in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Mount Vernon fell by $1,050 while total sales increased by 1.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,950 - a 0.8% decrease over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Mount Vernon in the fourth quarter of 2019.
