NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE OF VIEW AND FINAL HEARING ESTABLISHING ROAD
Notice is hereby given that there is before the Board of County Commissioners of Licking County, Ohio, the matter of ESTABLISHING AN EXTENSION OF A ROAD IN ETNA TOWNSHIP AS DESCRIBED BELOW:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The following is the general route and termini of said roads:
Villas at Cumberland Subdivision; Section 2 Part 2 Instrument #202007240018239
(TR 1056) Establishing and Extension of Trail West – 50’ ROW, 1374’ +/- length
Said Board of County Commissioners has fixed the 12th day of November, 2020 at 2:00pm as the date and time for viewing the proposed improvements on which date they will meet at Trail West in Etna Township and they have also fixed the 19th day of November 2020 at 11:30am in their office, 20 South Second Street, Newark, Ohio 4th Floor as the place and time for the final hearing of said improvement.
