New Albany City Council has announced an opening on the Architectural Review Board (ARB) and on the Cemetery Restoration Advisory Board (CRAB).

Open Position on the New Albany Architectural Review Board

This board reviews plans, drawings, and signage applications, issues Certificates of Appropriateness for any major or minor environmental or zoning changes, and hears appeals of staff decisions or interpretations made under New Albany Code section 1157. The applicant must be a New Albany resident. A background in architecture, landscape architecture, city planning, interior design, industrial design, engineering, or other allied design professions is a plus. The ARB meets once per month (second Mondays) as needed.
